Shipping Policy

We strive to make our customers satisfied with the product they have purchased from us. If you are experiencing any shipping or products issues, and you are feeling frustrated, then please send us an email in the Contact Page and our team will assist you right away.

To make your shopping time easier, we make sure the final cost at checkout is the final cost. We promise no extra charges or hidden fees. That is why we, as a company, cover all import duty charges to all countries, so you do not get any unexpected surprises after you have shopped with us. So just simply enjoy, we got you covered.


We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 5-7 business days of ordering and shipped the next business day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

You can expect your package to arrive in 2-5 weeks depending on locations.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

Please fill in your address in all details, otherwise the package we mail to you will be returned to us, or we will just ignore your request to save everyone the trouble.

Holiday/Event Products (Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas, other holidays): Please make sure you place orders for these days before 30 days to avoid delayed delivery.

Lost Stolen or Undelivered Packages
PLEASE NOTE that we are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. ALL LOST, STOLEN OR RETURNED packages are the responsibility of the buyer. In the rare event of a mail carrier failure, please contact your local carrier directly with any questions or concerns.
